The Addiction Specialists Certification Center for Southern Africa (ASCCSA) is a certification body. It is an independent personnel certification body for Southern Africa countries. It uses International Organization for Standardization and International Electrotechnical Commission (ISO/IEC 17024) stands to certify the addiction professionals.

To provide experience verification and appropriate examinations to ensure that Southern Africa governments, other employers and public are getting services from the most qualified addiction professionals.
